These terms of use apply to the use of the  SyncBeds website and social networks.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. We will assume that you are fully familiar with these terms, that they are clear to you and that you accept them with your first use of the website. If you do not agree with these terms of use, please do not access the website and do not use its contents or social networks. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these Terms of Use, please email info@syncbeds.com.
2. We may change the appearance and content of the website, as well as the terms of use for certain reasons, so please review them from time to time to familiarize yourself with possible changes. We will consider your subsequent use of the website as your consent to any possible changes to the terms of use.
3. SyncBeds has all rights to the content, texts, photos of the website, as well as the SyncBeds social networks. We do not allow the use of any content, texts or photos from the SyncBeds website and social networks without our prior written permission.
4. We do not allow the use of content, texts and photos from the SyncBeds website and social networks for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of the company. Use for commercial purposes is considered to be the realization of monetary profit directly (by selling, offering and/or advertising content that contains materials published on the website and social networks of SyncBeds) and indirectly (using content on the Internet on a platform where paid ads and the like are published, where collect donations, subscription or charge for content, etc.).
5. We do not allow posting, sending, uploading and/or sharing of content that violates current Croatian regulations, including untrue, offensive, threatening, simple, abusive, vulgar, racist and other content that incites hatred of any kind, as well as content on SyncBeds social networks which violate someone else's copyright and other intellectual property rights, disclose information representing a business or other secret, private messages, personal data of a third party or violate the right to the personality of a third party.
6. On the SyncBeds social networks, we do not allow the publication, sending, uploading and/or exchange of content that you are not the author of, or the holder of the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights on that content, or if you do not have the author's permission to use that content.
7. On SyncBeds social networks, we do not allow publishing, sending, uploading and/or sharing content that violates the rights of children, the right to privacy of other users and third parties, including private messages.
8. On SyncBeds social networks, including private messages, we do not allow:

- explicit or covert advertising of any products or services;
- explicit or covert advertising of personal websites or blogs;
– using the content and functionality of SyncBeds social networks in a way that may cause damage to us, other users, our partners or any third party;
- false representation with the purpose of threat, manipulation, fraud or misleading us, other users or third parties;
- publishing, sending, uploading or exchanging unwanted content to users or third parties without their prior consent or request, including multiple sending of materials with the same or very similar content (spamming), chain letters, pyramid schemes, etc.

1. We do not allow any interference or impairment of the use of the SyncBeds website and social networks by other users.
2. On the SyncBeds website and social networks, we do not knowingly allow the posting, sending, uploading and/or exchange of content that contains computer viruses, worms, computer codes, files and programs that may result in the disruption, limitation of operation or destruction of any computer program or any computer and other equipment.
3. We do not allow unauthorized collection, storage, transmission and use of any personal data of users of the SyncBeds website and social networks.
4. In case of non-compliance with the provisions on contents and activities from the terms of use, all users and third parties will bear the appropriate legal consequences and will be responsible for any damage caused to us, other users or third parties by illegal activities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website and social networks of SyncBeds contain materials whose content is protected by copyright (eg texts, photos, drawings) and other intellectual property rights (logos, trademarks, etc.). Each user of the SyncBeds website and social networks bears his own responsibility for respecting the copyright and other intellectual property rights of others related to the content available on the website and on the SyncBeds social networks. Therefore, please familiarize yourself with the content of this part of the terms of use in order to fully respect other people's intellectual property rights. In case of any ambiguities or misunderstandings, please contact the Board of Directors via the contact specified in the Impressum. As a user, you may use the contents protected by intellectual property only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1. We do not allow the use of content found on the SyncBeds website and social networks. for commercial purposes, including downloading, reproduction, rental, distribution, public release, public display and display without the prior written permission of SyncBeds.
2. We do not allow content found on the SyncBeds website and social networks to be used for purposes of promotion or advertising of any product or service without the prior written approval of SyncBeds.
3. We do not allow content found on the SyncBeds website and social networks to be used for the purpose of selling any product or service without the prior written approval of SyncBeds.
4. We do not allow modification, translation, adaptation or any other processing of the content without the prior written consent of SyncBeds.
5. We undertake to investigate without delay any report related to a violation of this section, especially if it requests the removal of certain content from the SyncBeds website and social networks. In this case, we expect maximum cooperation from the user in establishing the facts. If we determine that the reported procedure is contrary to the provisions of the terms of use, and in other cases where we consider it expedient, we will remove such content from the website and social networks of SyncBeds.
6. By using the SyncBeds website and social networks, you are aware that it contains names, images, photographs, logos, graphics and other content that are protected by various intellectual property rights owned by SyncBeds or third parties. Regardless of your use of the SyncBeds website and social networks, you do not acquire the right to use any copyright, trademark, design, patent (license) or other right owned by SyncBeds or a third party. This also applies to any copyrighted work on the SyncBeds website and social networks that is copyrighted by SyncBeds or a third party, unless otherwise expressly stated on the individual copyrighted work.
7. Without prejudice to the above provisions, SyncBeds may, as part of its editorial policy, allow users other forms of use of copyrighted works, such as texts, photographs or video, in which SyncBeds is the copyright holder. In this way, users can be given, for example, the right to process individual works, that is, the right to their further distribution, which would otherwise be prohibited under the General Rules from the first part of the Terms of Use. Such possibility of use will be expressly emphasized and will not be assumed in any way.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

1. Content uploaded by users on the SyncBeds website and social networks in any form is taken solely "as is", i.e. "as available", and we are not held responsible for possible consequences, including any damage that may be caused to others users or third parties, which may result from different interpretations of the content found on the SyncBeds website and social networks
2. Despite reasonable efforts, we do not guarantee that the website, i.e. all its contents, as well as the contents on the SyncBeds social networks will always be available and available, and that they will not contain errors and computer programs that could cause damage to other users or third parties (e.g. . viruses, worms, etc.).
3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legal regulations, we exclude liability:
   - for any damage caused to users or third parties due to the publication on social networks of content contrary to the terms of use by users, third parties, sponsors, advertisers, etc.;
   – for any damage that users or third parties cause or suffer in connection with the use of the SyncBeds website and social networks, especially in the case of misuse, destruction or damage to content or function, etc.;
   – for damage caused to other users or third parties due to the violation of their copyright or other intellectual property rights, due to the publication or uploading of content by other users on the SyncBeds website and social networks.;
   – for damage caused to users and/or third parties due to the temporary unavailability of the SyncBeds website and social networks, that is, certain contents or functions;
   - for damage caused by advertisers to the contents of advertisements published on social networks, through their advertisement pages that are available to users, and related to the truthfulness and accuracy of these contents, the availability of advertised products and services to users;
   - for any damage caused to users or third parties by changes or cancellation of certain contents, functions, services, design, concept of the website;
   - for any damage caused to users or third parties, related to the use of websites of third parties, which are accessible through links published on the website and social networks of SyncBeds

COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS

Pursuant to Art. 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the  SyncBeds company allows all customers to send their complaints by mail to the company's address, or via electronic mail, i.e. e-mail. SyncBeds  will notify the Customer of the complaint received . SyncBeds will respond to all comments and complaints  no later than 15 days from the day the complaint was received. In order for  SyncBeds to confirm receipt of a written complaint in accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, and then respond to it. The customer should provide correct information to receive a response/complaint.
